Chairman and CEO

Mr. Khan’s career spans over 25 years in Senior Executive roles in Telecom, Real Estate, Energy, Natural Resources and Government Relations. Mr. Khan has been directly responsible for syndication of over five billion dollars (USD) for projects in the US, Europe, Middle East and Central Asia. Mr. Khan is a Board member of The Quimera Project, a R&D cluster based in Barcelona, Spain, involving over 60 technology companies and leading universities that aim to commercialize technologies that have impact on sustainability.

Currently, Mr. Khan is Chairman of Trinity White City Ventures, a SPV for investments of his holding company Burkhan, LLC and is Executive Chairman of GDS360, an innovative cybersecurity software company based out of New York City, Washington D.C. and London, UK. 

In 2015, Mr. Khan formed a consortium to bid for the hotel assets of the Sahara group (India), which included the Plaza hotel in NYC and the Grosvenor House in London, through TWCV Ventures, a Dubai based fund; and created the Al Noor Balochistan foundation. This foundation was setup to provide social, economic and spiritual rehabilitation to the disadvantaged population of the province of Balochistan. In 2013, Mr. Khan was co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Colt Resources Middle East (CRME), a mining and exploration company focused on development of world class Copper, Lithium and Gold mining resources in Pakistan and Afghanistan. Investors included CITIC, a major Chinese Sovereign Wealth Fund. In 2006, Mr. Khan was one of four founders of Fortune Investment House, a tier one bank in Bahrain with an authorized capital of one billion (USD) which focused on real estate investments in Bahrain and the GCC. Mr. Khan was also CEO of Centile, a software company located in France, and sold to the European Development Bank in 2005. Mr. Khan was a founder of Global Voice Telecom, one of the first US companies to receive an FCC license for voice over IPin 1997, which was subsequently merged into a Nasdaq company. Mr. Khan was born in New York and educated at American University and at Johns Hopkins University in Washington DC.

 

Isaac Chetrit

President

Mr. Chetrit is a decorated real estate veteran with a background in architecture and electrical engineering. Mr. Chetrit began his real estate career under the belt of The Taubman Company, where he built a positive and clean reputation across major cities in the US. He was instrumental during his career with Taubman in making Dolphin Mall an institution in the industry and led the expansion and business development of many other luxury high end brands, restaurants, and entertainment venues in the USA and overseas. He has cemented valuable credibility in the Real Estate industry through his continuous involvement in functional management areas, project development, and consistently developing projects and brands that have become staples and powerhouses, both in the USA and globally.

Mr. Chetrit has also spent the last 20 years merchandising malls, shopping centers, hotels, and specializing in location assessment and negotiations. Later as the VP of Westfield, Mr. Chetrit was solely responsible for high end retail and entertainment development for the eastern USA.

During the last two decades, Mr. Chetrit has procured over hundreds of millions of dollars of transactions in the USA and other parts of the world. Mr. Chetrit now has his sight set on the hospitality industry as the President of Trinity Group.

Mr. Khan started his career at the age of 18 which was the creation of Global Voice Telecom (VoIP Wholesale Operator) and subsequently founded 4 other successful companies through the family office of (Burkhan World). His main role has been to maintain C-Level level relationships in the Entertainment, Telecom, IT, Real Estate and Energy sectors. This has been the key to a solid business portfolio and network for Mr. Khan that benefits colleagues he is working with today.

Over 15 years of extensive business development, marketing and managing companies from inception / start-up phase through periods of high-growth and onto maturity. This has developed Mr. Khan into a self-motivated worker with proven ethics to meet today's organizational challenges.

The experience gained in building companies from the ground up has afforded Mr. Khan solid entrepreneurial experience, enabling him to identify business opportunities and turn them into profitable ventures. The ability to effectively plan and execute dealings with companies from small private enterprises to Fortune 500 companies such as Vodaphone, ATT, Centile, Etisalat, MTN Africa and Middle East, has been the hallmark of Mr. Khan’s corporate experience.

 

Haitham Kadhim

Real Estate Financial Analyst

Real estate, economic development and knowledge management specialist with North America and Middle East / North Africa (MENA) market experience. Management consulting background with experience advising private and public sector clients on the design, financing and delivery of real estate assets and new information management technology platforms. 

Concentration in three sectors: Finance, Real Estate, and Technology.

Prior consulting engagements include advising on several programs within one of the largest sovereign sponsored investment and FDI initiatives in the MENA region at the time (program size >$50 billion), project financing for a 210-acre mixed-use transit oriented development in the center of a MENA city of 3 million, and the development of new a technology hub for a corporate client in Brazil. 

Mr. Kadhim has also implemented complete process standardization, document management and control systems for private clients and sovereign ICT task forces. Mr. Kadhim took the lead in providing internal knowledge management capabilities and support for a sovereign client by developing a complete process standardization, document management and control system. This provided a central platform for management that offers business process automation, business intelligence and data mining & analysis capabilities to all members of the client team, allowing for efficient management of a multi-track, multi-layer government entity.

Mr. Kadhim holds a Bachelors Degree in Information Management for Business from University College London (UCL) in London, England and a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University in New York City. 

 

daniel e. larkin

Legal Counsel

Mr. Larkin focuses on leading cross-border investment and strategic transactions for clients, particularly in the hospitality, real estate, consumer goods, and infrastructure areas. His depth of knowledge is in the corporate, commercial, and finance aspects of these matters, but they often involve a full range of employment, regulatory, disputes, tax, and other matters.

Mr. Larkin’s experience in business and finance gives him a valuable perspective on the matters and objectives driving transactions. Having spent half his career living and working abroad, he brings real-world perspectives to crossing borders and cultures. Mr. Larkin’s career has come full circle. He started as an associate in a large law firm, then moved to an in-house counsel role, followed by a business executive and corporate financier positions before coming back to the practice of law. His clients appreciate the 360-degree understanding of how large business, finance, governmental, and professional organizations work and operate.

Mr. Larkin is a member of the Illinois State bar and a solicitor in England and Wales. He holds an AB in History (Cum Laude) from Harvard University and a JD from University of Chicago Law School.

Past relevant experience (partial list):

-Representing client in the $1 billion acquisition of a French hotel portfolio from an investment firm and their reflagging with a luxury hotel brand.

-Representing a Middle East Group on establishing a private investment manager for a $10 billion portfolio of Class A office/residential/retail properties in the US, including restructuring of various assets in the portfolio.

-Advising a London private equity group on the acquisition of a luxury hotel in Warsaw, Poland.

-Advised a New York private equity group on buying and selling mezzanine debt of various deluxe hotels.
